Rebecca Blanchard is a multi-disciplinary visual artist residing in Oakland, California. She focuses largely on portraiture, capturing vignettes that blur the line between ordinary human activity and its magical eccentricity. Rebecca draws inspiration from figurative and abstract expressionist art movements, and has been influenced by Richard Diebenkorn, Hilma af Klint, and Noah Davis. In addition to her work in visual art, Rebecca is a multi-instrumentalist and writer.
